Thomas Waidhofer joins the Anco team in Austria

Following recent structural changes at shareholder level in ANCO, Thomas Waidhofer joins ANCO as Director of Finance and Administration.

Thomas previously provided services to ANCO as external Public Accountant. He spent his entire professional life both in public accounting & auditing and as finance professional in internationally active companies.

Thomas gained a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Economics in Vienna and is a CPA of the Austrian Chamber of Chartered Accountants and Auditors. Known to his team members for long we trust in Thomas’ expertise to support and direct the right financial structure and business framework for ANCO’s ambitious global growth plans.

Marcelo Blumer joins ANCO to develop business in Brazil

Marcelo Blumer joins the ANCO team as designated Executive Director Anco Brazil. He has 15 years of commercial experience in the animal health and nutrition industry with a focus on the Brazilian market. His previous roles included senior level positions in sales and marketing in animal health companies.

In his new role, Marcelo will be responsible for all implementation and management of the ANCO Brazil operation. He will serve as the primary contact for all direct sales customers in Brazil.

Marcelo graduated from the University Estadual Paulista Julio de Mesquita Filho (UNESP) with a veterinary science degree. He also gained a MBA in Agribusiness Management from FGV in Brazil.

The ANCO team will benefit strategically from his knowledge of the Brazilian market and customers with experience in the management of high performance teams and is excited to gain his contribution to the global growth of the business.

Anco team is growing with Marco Aurelio Nunes in LATAM

Marco Aurelio Nunes joins the ANCO team as technical sales manager for the Latin American markets. He has 22 years of production and commercial experience in the animal health and feed industry with a focus on the Latin American market. His previous roles included technical, sales and R&D positions.

In his new role, Marco will provide technical support to customers of ANCO products in Latin American markets, including Brazil.

Marco graduated from the University Estadual Paulista Julio de Mesquita Filho – Campus de Jaboticabal in Sao Paulo with a veterinary science degree.

The ANCO team will benefit from his technical expertise and is excited to gain his contribution to the growth of the business in Latin America.

ANCO Team is growing with Cliff Hsun in Latin America

Cliff Hsun joins the ANCO team as Regional Director Anco Latin. In this role, Cliff will serve as the primary contact for all direct sales customers and distributors in Latin America and will be responsible for customer interactions and sales management.

He has 30 years of commercial experience in the feed and animal production industry mainly gained in the Latin American countries. His previous roles included technical sales and a regional director role for Latin America in a feed additive business.

Cliff graduated from the National Taiwan University and gained a Master´s degree in Animal and Food Industry from the Clemson University in South Carolina.

In his teenage years, Cliff spent 6 years in Bolivia. and speaks Spanish fluently.

The ANCO team will benefit strategically from his many contacts in Latin America and is looking forward to his contribution to the global growth of the business.

New hire: ANCO team is growing with Manfred Rössler

To continue high standards in efficiency and quality of supply, ANCO recruited Manfred Rössler as Supply Chain Director effective from November this year.

Manfred has long standing experience in the animal feed industry for sourcing raw materials and effectively managing supply on a global level in the production of natural feed additives. In the past he has also been involved in developing quality management systems.

Manfred graduated from the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences in Vienna, with a master’s degree in Biotechnology- On top of that he is currently completing an MBA program in Logistics & Supply Chain Management from the Danube University Krems, Austria. The team will benefit from his newly gained knowledge on agile supply chain management.

The rules and regulations in animal feed production are getting stricter and expectations of high quality standards in production are increasing in our industry.
