A Anco Brasil será liderada por Marcelo Blumer

Marcelo Blumer se junta à equipe da ANCO como Diretor Executivo Anco Brasil. Possui 15 anos de experiência comercial na indústria de saúde e nutrição animal com foco no mercado brasileiro. Seus papéis anteriores incluíram cargos de nível sênior em vendas e marketing em empresas de saúde animal.

Em sua nova função, Marcelo será responsável por toda a implantação e gestão da operação da ANCO Brasil e será o principal contato para todos os clientes no Brasil e responsável pelo desenvolvimento de negócios.

Marcelo graduou-se da Universidade Estadual Paulista Julio de Mesquita Filho (UNESP) com um grau de ciência veterinária. Ele também fez um MBA em Gestão de Agronegócios da FGV no Brasil.

A equipe da ANCO se beneficiará estrategicamente do seu conhecimento do mercado brasileiro e dos cliente e com experiência na gestão de equipes de alto desempenho. Está animado para fornecer sua contribuição para o crescimento global do negócio.

Anco team is growing with Marco Aurelio Nunes in LATAM

Marco Aurelio Nunes joins the ANCO team as technical sales manager for the Latin American markets. He has 22 years of production and commercial experience in the animal health and feed industry with a focus on the Latin American market. His previous roles included technical, sales and R&D positions.

In his new role, Marco will provide technical support to customers of ANCO products in Latin American markets, including Brazil.

Marco graduated from the University Estadual Paulista Julio de Mesquita Filho – Campus de Jaboticabal in Sao Paulo with a veterinary science degree.

The ANCO team will benefit from his technical expertise and is excited to gain his contribution to the growth of the business in Latin America.

Marco Aurelio Nunes comments on his new challenge: “I am looking forward to be part of the ANCO team and support animal and feed producers in the LATAM markets with the very interesting concept of Gut Agility.”

ANCO Team is growing with Cliff Hsun in Latin America

Cliff Hsun joins the ANCO team as Regional Director Anco Latin. In this role, Cliff will serve as the primary contact for all direct sales customers and distributors in Latin America and will be responsible for customer interactions and sales management.

He has 30 years of commercial experience in the feed and animal production industry mainly gained in the Latin American countries. His previous roles included technical sales and a regional director role for Latin America in a feed additive business.

Cliff graduated from the National Taiwan University and gained a Master´s degree in Animal and Food Industry from the Clemson University in South Carolina.

In his teenage years, Cliff spent 6 years in Bolivia. and speaks Spanish fluently.

The ANCO team will benefit strategically from his many contacts in Latin America and is looking forward to his contribution to the global growth of the business.

Cliff Hsun comments on his new challenge: “I am excited to join at this point in time to build a growing distribution network in Latin America. I believe ANCO provides a unique solution to help solve some of the concerns and key trends in the animal feed industry in the markets I am responsible for”

New hire: ANCO team is growing with Manfred Rössler

To continue high standards in efficiency and quality of supply, ANCO recruited Manfred Rössler as Supply Chain Director effective from November this year.

Manfred has long standing experience in the animal feed industry for sourcing raw materials and effectively managing supply on a global level in the production of natural feed additives. In the past he has also been involved in developing quality management systems.

Manfred graduated from the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences in Vienna, with a master’s degree in Biotechnology- On top of that he is currently completing an MBA program in Logistics & Supply Chain Management from the Danube University Krems, Austria. The team will benefit from his newly gained knowledge on agile supply chain management.

The rules and regulations in animal feed production are getting stricter and expectations of high quality standards in production are increasing in our industry.
